SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

Orders up to $250  - $10 shipping fee

Orders over $250- ship FREE

ClaraVaille jewelry will ship within 4-6 days of placing your order.  For rush orders,  please contact us directly at info@claravaille.com and we will make every effort to expedite your order.  

For International orders, please contact us directly at info@claravaille.com.  The customer is solely responsible for international taxes, duties, and shipping fees.  The taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry.  Please contact us directly within four days of receipt to discuss your order if you have an issue that requires special consideration.  If an exchange is warranted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange. 
 
REPAIRS: 

All ClaraVaille jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. While minimal aging from normal use is expected, improper care or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. 
 Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@claravaille.com and provide us with the name of the item in need of repair, the repair needed, the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
